Hello, I’m Phoebe

I am a qualified Nutrition and Health Coach helping time poor women in business take control of their diet and lifestyle so they can thrive in work and in life!


I came to study health and nutrition after suffering from burnout from my first business which I ran for 2 years. During these years I had a part-time job where I worked 35 hours a week, and used my spare time to work on my business. This meant that every hour of every day I was working. I was so passionate about my business at the time that it was all I did, I stopped socialising with friends, I hardly saw my family and partner, I forgot to eat. I gave up my life and I stopped looking after myself. Inevitably this way of living caught up with me. I had burned the candle at both ends and I was running on empty.

I closed the business, had an Eat Pray Love moment where I hopped on a plane to Lisbon for 5 days to escape, and thought about what I was going to do next.

I came back home with a list of everything that I enjoyed; baking, walking, podcasts, cooking, yoga, the sea, friends, family, my partner.

I had neglected all of these things for the past 2 years, and it was time to start enjoying them again. I felt a new energy within me, I began to enjoy my days and be excited about the future again instead of worried. And this is how I came to realise the importance of health and wellbeing.

I believe in putting an importance on taking care of ourselves. Our natural instincts are to take care of everyone else first right? But if we are not looked after how are we supposed to look after everyone else? We cannot pour from an empty cup. So take this as a sign to take the first step in to nurturing and nourishing yourself.

I completed my Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Health Coaching in May 2020 with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health.

I am a member of the UK Health Coaches Association.
