12 Week Prime For Pregnancy Programme

Prime your body and get ready for pregnancy

The Primester of your pregnancy starts 90 days before trying to conceive. That’s right, before!

Why? Because it takes 60 days for your eggs, and 90 days for your partners sperm to fully mature.

During this 12 week programme I help you to increase your chances of conceiving and prepare your body for pregnancy.

I offer a programme that helps you to tune in with your body to help get it ready for a baby. It takes a lot of energy to create a human being and so we need to make sure your body is at optimum health before you get pregnant.

This programme helps you to focus on self-care, healthy foods and key nutrients that are tailored to your specific needs to increase your chances of conceiving and having a healthy pregnancy.

For example, did you know that you can help to boost your fertility by increasing your intake of antioxidant rich foods like berries and dark leafy greens?

Get your body to function at peak capacity through;

1. Nutrition
Increase your chances of conceiving naturally by focusing on certain nutrients from a variety of whole foods and reducing processed foods. As a health coach I am more likely to add more food in to your diet than take things away. This is not about restricting ourselves, but more about eating the right foods that satisfy us and make us feel good, and staying away from the foods that do the very opposite.

2. Lifestyle
It’s not just the food you eat that supports your fertility but it’s the environment around you, your friends and family, what you like to do outside of work and the products you use, whether that be cosmetics or house products. Making a conscious effort with these environmental factors can make a huge difference when it comes to conceiving.

3. Exercise
Support your reproductive system by being physically active. It has been proven time and time again that our physical health plays a huge role in our mental health and visa versa. When you’re trying for a baby it helps to be active, and it also makes it easier to lose weight after birth if you are fit before you get pregnant.

4. Stress management
Relieving stress will help your body to absorb and utelise the nutrients you are feeding it. Welcoming simple but effective practices in to your day to day life will ease your stress and anxiety that often comes when you’re trying for a baby and instead give you clarity and focus towards your pregnancy.

By incorporating these 4 pillars in to your life you will feel better and maximise your chances of conceiving.

It takes two to tango!
I also guide your partner to make sure they are in the best health possible. Bring them along to one of our sessions.

This programme will help to support your fertility while also;

– Reducing your inflammation
– Diminishing your gut issues
– Balancing your hormones
– Increasing your energy levels
– Improving your sleep
– Boosting your mood
– Enhancing your digestion
– Supporting your liver

If you can’t take the time to look after yourself now, where are you going to find the time to look after a baby? Making space for yourself shows that you can make space for a baby. Makes sense right?

Take this as the sign you have been waiting for!
